1. Who we are and how to contact us

This website is run by Plumbing & Heating Growth (“PH&G”, “we”, “us”). Plumbing & Heating Growth is a trading name of Gal Gazit. We provide marketing services to plumbing and heating firms, and we are the data controller for the personal information described here.

2. Information we collect

Forms on this website

• Free 5 minute video plan: your name, company, email address, phone number, the postcode area you cover, what best describes your firm, how many engineers you have, where most of your leads come from, anything you choose to tell us about your next 90 days, and whether you would like occasional emails.
• Free downloads (the book and the booklet): your name, email address and which downloads you chose.
• Is your area still available? The postcode area you cover, your name and your email address.
• Webinar sign up: your email address.
• Full webinar replays: your email address and which replay you unlocked.

Every form also records the page you sent it from.

Direct contact

If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we keep your contact details and what you sent so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

Technical information

Like any website, our hosting processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to serve pages and keep the site secure. We don’t use it to build a profile of you.

3. How we use your information

• To send you the free plan, download or replay you asked for.
• To answer your enquiry or area check and, where it makes sense, talk about working together.
• To keep a record of requests so we can follow up accurately and know what we sent you.
• To run, secure and improve the website, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Asking for a free plan, a download or a replay is not the same as agreeing to ongoing marketing. That is covered in the next section.

4. Marketing emails

We only send occasional emails with tips for boiler installers, news of the free weekly webinar and our services where you have asked for them, for example by ticking the box on the free plan form or signing up for the webinar.

You can stop them at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us. Unsubscribing never stops us replying to a live enquiry.

5. Our lawful basis

• Sending what you asked for and replying to you: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
• Running the website and keeping business records: our legitimate interest in running the business, and legal obligations where they apply.
• Marketing emails: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

6. Service providers who handle your information

We never sell your information. We share it only with providers that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and keeps it secure.
• Web3Forms, which delivers each form you send to us by email.
• Our email provider, where your messages and form submissions are stored once they reach us.
• Our webinar platform at webinar.plumbingandheatinggrowth.com, if you register for a live webinar there. It has its own privacy notice.
• YouTube (Google), only if you press play on a video (see section 11).
• Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires us to share information.

If we add an email marketing service, such as AWeber, we will update this list before it is used.

7. International transfers

Some of the providers above are based outside the UK, or use systems outside the UK. Where your information leaves the UK, it is protected by an approved safeguard such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

8. How long we keep information

• Enquiries and requests: for as long as the business runs, so we have an accurate history of our conversations, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Marketing contact details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Client and accounting records: six years, to meet UK tax and accounting rules.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
• have anything inaccurate corrected;
• ask us to delete your information in certain circumstances;
• ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it;
• ask us to transfer information you gave us to another provider;
• opt out of direct marketing at any time;
• withdraw consent where we rely on it, without affecting what happened before.

To make a request, email gal@plumbingandheatinggrowth.com. We will reply within one month, and may first ask you to confirm who you are.

10. How to complain

Please tell us first if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, helpline 0303 123 1113, ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

11. Cookies, browser storage and videos

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts are served from our own site, so no font requests go to anyone else.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or follow you across other websites. It tells us things like which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from, without identifying you.

If you unlock a full webinar replay, your browser remembers it so you don’t need to enter your email again. That note stays in your own browser and you can clear it at any time by clearing this site’s data.

Videos only load from YouTube when you press play. At that point YouTube may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.

If we later add the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising, it will only load after you accept it through a cookie notice, and we will update this policy first.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or tools change. The current version is always on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
